Check the diameter of the tank.  The propeller diameter should be between 10% - 20% of the tank diameter.  Rule of thumb: 15%

FOR SLOWER SPEED GEAR REDUCED DRIVE AGITATOR MIXERS:

Check the diameter of the tank.  The propeller diameter should be between 20% - 40% of the tank diameter.  Rule of thumb: 33%
